Band Diego tries to make it easy for you to see costs for party entertainment. We want you to have a clear picture of our services so you can compare us to others when shopping for entertainment.

Prices depend on the size of the band you choose, the location of party, customized song requests, hours musicians perform, type of equipment required for performance, length of time entertainers are on the party site, and other services you choose to obtain from us. Band Diego online pricing is simply a guide and Band Diego may need to make adjustments to your quote.

We offer discounted rates for consecutive monthly repeat business. When available, discounts might be offered to non profits such as religious organizations. Some shows are eligible for 30 day invoicing. (Please Inquire)

Band Diego will cater to your needs so please contact us for special arrangements.
Your wedding reception, awards ceremony, or corporate party may be able to be a standard show rate. This depends on your custom requirements, location, and the length of time that the band and equipment will be on site. Band Diego offers you exceptional band choices of: acoustic unplugged, acoustic amplified, electric amplified with midi drum tracks, and electric amplified with live drummer. The band also has a battery powered PA option if you do not have electricity at your location. Pleae inquire.

One Hour Shows ( no break entertainment) Duo, Trio, Quartets up to 10 entertainers.
Standard Performances (2 or more hours) Standard shows are 45 minute music performance sets with approxmate 15 minute breaks. The band sets up right before performing and tears down right after performing. Includes 4-10 performers dressed appropriately for your celebration. We cater to your preferences and match music and attire to your party themes.
Longer Entertainment (3- 8 hours)
Band Diego accommodates your event/announcements by offering you professional sound equipment. If you have award presentations or PA equipment needs for your guest speakers which will go beyond the 15 minute breaks between sets, please let us know so we may plan appropriately for your celebration. Band Diego can play shorter sets for these situations so that you may stay within the guideline for the standard performance package pricing. There are also some fabulous custom packages available for longer events that provide cocktail hour music, dinner background music, awards ceremony, and a dance set. (4-10 performers)
Band Diego is available for performances for private celebrations, clubs, festivals, businesses, communities, home parties, and non-profit organizations. The music selection is an enjoyable variety for all ages and especially perfect for theme celebrations, holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, corporate functions, BBQs, sock hops, and block parties.
General Requirements and Planning Considerations Please plan to provide parking for each entertainer. Please have a backup indoor plan or cover if rain. Please plan to provide general lighting around the stage area.
Amplified bands often require a flat surface such as a patio, stage, gravel, or floor and an electrical outlet within 20 feet of the band. Most of our bands use handheld percussion and are suitable for grass areas. Band can not play near water splashing such as from swimming pools. Please turn off sprinklers for the performance if outside. Beach areas can be damp and foggy so some shows, such as late night beach area shows/decks, may need special equipment suitable for the possible weather conditions.
Parking provided by you must be within 1 block to show unless special arrangements are made in advance of performance. Hillsides, rough terrain and stairs require special quotes. Stage areas generally require a minimum of approx. 12ft x 10 ft per 4 entertainers. It is best if the dance floor is setup directly in front of the band. (Carpet is difficult to dance on)
Band Diego does not provide permits or insurances your venue possibly requires unless special arrangements are made and agreed to in advance with Band Diego.
Band Diego does travel by vehicle up to 100 miles from San Diego Area so please inquire. Travel charges may apply if out of San Diego County. Cancellations will be accepted if made 30 days in advance and if your small deposit is forfeited to band. Band Diego does often accept last minute shows if they are available, however Band Diego usually requires full payment in advance for all last minute entertainment. The band also has a booking agency option if you prefer to book the band with the agency instead of direct.

Purchase and Reservation Agreement: Purchaser(s) of Band Diego entertainment shall provide parking for each entertainer as specified in quote, cover if rain, and a power outlet if entertainment is amplified.
Purchaser shall pay for parking for band vehicles as required at party location. When purchaser wants Band Diego to use Public Parking, this is possible if parking is available within one block of party location. Purchaser is advised not to hire the band if no parking will be available.
If less musicians perform than agreed, Band Diego will certainly discount the performance Per missing musician and reimburse purchaser the Band Diego fees accordingly. Band Diego Policy is no refunds. No reservation refunds.
Quote does not include permits, licenses, or Insurances that might be required by purchaser's party location.
Band Diego is pet friendly but it is best if purchaser plans to confine pets away from performers and performer's gear during load-in of equipment and near the performance area during entertainment.
Due to scheduling and popularity, Full Payment is required when reserving and booking Band Diego. If purchaser is a business that requires invoicing, an invoice can possibly be arranged at Band Diego's discretion. (Please inquire).
Travel charges shall be added if the celebration is out of San Diego County areas.
